May 2024 Fellows' update: Erica Sosna

Since receiving Activate Funding for her career mentoring model, The Career Equation, Erica Sosna (CF 2012), Founder of Career Matters, has hosted many free live sessions for teachers and youth workers on initiating career conversations. She also recently addressed students at Coventry University and graduates on the Microsoft Aspire Graduate Scheme regarding career decision-making.
